Hidden Retreats began with a simple idea: that where you stay should be just as memorable as where you go. We believe a great home can transform a trip, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and experience the Swiss Alps in a more meaningful way.

Every home in our collection has been carefully selected and thoughtfully prepared by our team. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all hospitality. Each property has its own character, and our goal is to preserve that while delivering a consistently exceptional experience.

Behind every stay is a small team that truly cares. Eliane oversees our day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Riese helps guests before and during their stay, sharing local recommendations and ensuring every detail is taken care of. Ivan keeps our properties looking their best through ongoing maintenance, while Carlos, Ziro, Milena, Carlitos, and our housekeeping team prepare every home with the care and attention we'd want for our own family.
